How we work

A clear path.
At every stage.

1. Start with a non-binding enquiry

Your enquiry asks DroneShowGuide to review a potential show and coordinate suitable introductions. It does not buy a show, reserve a date or guarantee an available provider.

2. Review a considered proposal

We may present one suitable option or up to three curated quotations. Initial options focus on scope and price. Expressing a preference reveals the selected provider's company and relevant contact information so you can meet before committing.

3. Agree the show with its provider

A preference is separate from a booking. The executing provider and customer agree the final scope, pricing, payment schedule, venue conditions, operating responsibilities and cancellation or postponement terms directly. The provider invoices the customer for the show. DroneShowGuide does not collect the customer's show payments or provide escrow.

4. Partner cooperation and commission

The standard referral commission is 15%. Commission is calculated on qualifying show payments actually received by the provider, excluding VAT. Partial payments accrue proportionately; qualifying refunds reduce the commission basis.

Providers report receipts and refunds for review. DroneShowGuide invoices the agreed commission separately to the provider. An invoice or rate correction is recorded without silently replacing historical financial records. Amounts remain in the assignment's agreed currency.

Filming scope is recorded separately. Work directly delivered and billed by Drone Department is excluded from the executing provider's show commission basis. Any commission treatment for additional provider-delivered services must be explicit in the assignment.

5. Reviewed company information

Partner applicants provide business information and relevant verification documents. Account access does not imply approval to quote. Approved profiles describe reviewed capabilities; suitability and any required permissions still need to be confirmed for each individual show.

6. Calendar and guide information

Public listings refer to official organisers or venues. Schedules and availability can change; verify the latest official information before travelling or purchasing tickets. Our guides provide general planning guidance. The executing provider confirms pricing and availability in your quotation. Local operational requirements must be checked with the executing provider and relevant authority.
