Your show agreement.
DroneShowGuide provides drone show information and connects customers with independent show providers. We act as an intermediary for drone show introductions. We do not operate the drones, produce the show or take responsibility for its execution.
Introductions and agreements
An enquiry, introduction or expression of preference is non-binding. It does not reserve a date, confirm a booking or guarantee that a show can take place. The customer and executing provider enter into the show agreement directly and agree its scope, price, delivery, payment and cancellation terms. DroneShowGuide is not a party to that show agreement, does not collect show payments and does not provide escrow or a performance guarantee.
We may receive a referral commission from the provider. This does not transfer the provider’s contractual or operational responsibilities to DroneShowGuide. Any separately commissioned filming or other service is governed by its own agreement with the party delivering it.
Show safety and operational responsibility
The executing provider is responsible for its aircraft, crew, flight planning, risk assessments, required aviation permissions, insurance and safe operation. The customer, organiser and venue remain responsible for their own event permissions, site arrangements and public safety duties. They must confirm the allocation of responsibilities in their agreement and comply with applicable requirements.
DroneShowGuide does not issue flight approvals, certify a site as safe or decide whether a flight may proceed. A listing, introduction or review of company documents is not certification or a guarantee of a provider’s suitability, continuing compliance, insurance cover or performance for a particular show.
Changes, cancellations and provider disputes
Weather, airspace restrictions, authority decisions, technical problems and site conditions can prevent or change a show. The provider and organiser make the relevant operational decisions. Postponements, replacement dates, refunds and cancellation charges are matters for the parties to the show agreement, subject to applicable law. DroneShowGuide does not guarantee a replacement show or reimburse payments made to a provider.
Raise complaints about show delivery, invoices or refunds directly with the contracting provider. Helping pass on a message does not make DroneShowGuide responsible for resolving the dispute or meeting the provider’s obligations.
Website information and external links
Our guides, price indications, news and event listings are general information. They are not a binding quotation, legal advice or an operational flight plan. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free from errors. Confirm pricing and feasibility with the provider, and event dates, access and ticket details with the organiser before making commitments or travelling.
External websites and ticket services are controlled by their respective operators. We do not control their content, availability or services. Images and example formations illustrate possibilities and do not promise a particular result for your show.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DroneShowGuide excludes liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on website information, website unavailability, external services, or the acts, omissions or non-performance of an independent show provider or organiser. This includes failed or cancelled shows, delays, provider payment or refund disputes, and related travel costs, lost revenue, lost profits and other consequential loss.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for our own intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Our intermediary role does not remove any legal duties that apply to our own services.
