When you enquire about a show

We collect the contact and project details you submit so we can respond, assess your request and coordinate relevant introductions. We use project information needed for matching when approaching selected providers. Your contact details are shared with the preferred provider at the introduction stage, after you express your non-binding preference.

We use this information to take the steps you request before a potential booking and to operate and secure the introduction service. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

When you apply as a partner

We collect business details, contact information, capabilities, portfolio references and verification documents for account access, company review and the matching process. Operational administrators can review these records. Company identities and direct contact details are not published in the public provider overview.

Payment and refund reports, commission invoices and their supporting records are retained to manage the agreed cooperation, maintain an audit trail and meet applicable accounting obligations. Provide only relevant documents; avoid uploading unrelated personal information.

Account security and service providers

Accounts use an email address and password. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Business email addresses are used to deliver password reset links when requested. The website uses essential session and security cookies, access controls, rate limits and technical logs to operate and protect the service. Hosting and email delivery providers process information as needed to provide those services. Partner documents are stored privately with authorised downloads.

External sites and video

Official event and ticket links take you to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Embedded films load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain only after you press play. That action connects your browser to YouTube; its privacy terms then apply. This website does not load advertising trackers or marketing analytics as part of its core experience.

Understanding the enquiry form

We measure how often an enquiry form is started and successfully submitted so we can improve the form. These measurements contain a random form identifier and timestamps, without your name, email address, phone number, IP address or the information you enter. They stay on our server, are not linked to your enquiry record, and are removed after 90 days by our scheduled cleanup. No additional tracking cookies are used. Signed-in activity is excluded, and browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept for the purpose for which they were provided and for applicable legal or accounting obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or raise an objection about how it is used, by contacting us. Some operational or accounting records may need to be retained despite a deletion request; we will explain the applicable reason.
